 Rhonda Gilbreath The Benton-West City Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce three upcoming events. The Rend Lake Car Show, held on September 12, 2015, is a great event for any car lover. The Rend Lake Car Show is celebrating its 25th year on the Benton Square. Come check out hundreds of cars, meet their owners, and enjoy an awesome September evening of food and music. Coming up on September 24th, The Dave Atchison Memorial Golf Scramble is a long standing tradition of a great day out on the links with friends. This event is presented by the Benton/West City Area Chamber of Commerce and the Benton Rotary Club; with sponsorship by Cape Radiology Group in addition to our hole sponsors.
The Benton-West City Area Chamber of Commerce will feature its Annual Chamber Dinner on November 19th, at the Benton Civic Center. This event celebrates the accomplishments of the past year and our continued commitment to give back to the local community. At this dinner we will name our 2015: Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, Educator of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Nominations for these awards are now open! The evening will also be full of fantastic silent auction items and our favorite ‘black ice’ raffle, put on by the Benton High School Student Chamber.
