Business After Hours & Quarterly Luncheons: Invitations to special networking & members-only events. Unique Promotional Projects: Every year, we work on producing a series of direct mailers to reach out to the households in the Benton/West City area. This is a members only benefit. It not only provides the community with important information about our events but gives the members an opportunity to advertise door to door at a cost that is affordable. Tourism Outreach: From our contribution to the Rend Lake Visitor Guide to our billboard along I-57 which is viewed by over 32,000 vehicles every day, we are committed to introducing thousands of lake visitors to our members. Community Events: Be the first to learn about and be part of hallmark community events such as the Rend Lake Water Festival, , and Rend Lake Car Show. Set up at our local events and be seen by thousands of local consumers. AGE Energy Savings Program: Explore the opportunity to save money on your energy bills by joining the Southern Illinois Chamber of Commerce Electricity and Natural Gas Buying Group. AGE partners with over 15 chambers in our area, and our buying group saved around $75,000 in power costs in 2017. The chamber also benefits from this program and it helps to fund our scholarship program.
